Yvonne’s mission is to be of service every day through sharing the wisdom of yoga and devotion in yoga practice on and off the mat with her students. In addition to yoga classes, she leads strength, indoor cycling, and cardio group fitness classes at our Bay Area wellness retreat.
Yvonne is known for her inspirational and accessible teaching style. Her classes are breath and alignment-focused while weaving yoga philosophy, mantras, Kirtan music, and humor. She intelligently integrates her knowledge in anatomy, wellness, and fitness into her classes, so modern students can benefit from traditional yoga and meditation. She also plays the harmonium and sings the Sanskrit mantras in her classes.
