Tuna Salad Wrap

Ingredients

Tuna Salad

  • 1 can water-packed light tuna, drained, about 6 ounces

  • 2 Tbsp diced red bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsp diced yellow bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 2 Tbsp diced celery

  • 2 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 10-inch whole-wheat tortilla

  • 4 lg lettuce leaves

  • 8 slices tomato

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for Tuna Salad in a large bowl.

  2. Place 1/4 cup of salad into tortilla. Roll burrito style, leaving one end open. Garnish with lettuce leaf and 2 slices tomato.
