1/2 cup Simple Syrup 6 cups club soda
Simple Syrup 1/3 cup cane sugar 1/3 cup water
Fruit Puree 1 1/4 cups fresh fruit, such as mangoes, berries or papayas 1/4 cup cane sugar
Sweet and Sour Mix 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 6 Tbsp water 3 Tbsp Simple Syrup 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
To make Simple Syrup, mix sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Place fruit and sugar in a blender container and puree until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for sweet and sour mix. Mix well.
In each 15-ounce glass, place 3 tablespoons fruit puree, 2 tablespoons sweet and sour mix, 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup and 3/4 cup club soda. Stir until well combined. Add ice and serve
