2 cups cooked fusilli pasta
1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup diced red onion
Dressing
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin seed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, broccoli and onion. Add dressing and toss to evenly coat pasta mixture.
