Pear Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chopped pears

  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half

  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp raisins

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp white grape juice

  • 2 Tbsp cane sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for salad dressing and mix well.

  2. In a large bowl, combine pears and lemon juice and mix to coat pear with juice. Add remaining ingredients and salad dressing and mix well.
