Marinated Asian Pears and Bleu Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • Pinch sea salt

  • 2 cups Asian pears, cored and sliced (approximately 2 Asian pears)

  • 4 Tbsp bleu cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, honey and salt until salt is dissolved. Add pears and toss lightly until well combined.

  2. Evenly divide into 4 martini-style glasses. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon bleu cheese.
