Mango Margarita

Ingredients

  • 6 tsps sugar

  • 1 1/3 cups water

  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice

  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 1/2 cups mango puree

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher combine sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. Serve cold or over ice.

Chef’s Note: Great non-alcoholic addition for any summer BBQ or Taco Night

Recommended Pairings Tacos, grilled meats and fish

Additions & Alternatives If you can't find mango puree use defrosted frozen diced mangos and puree in a blender.
