6 4-oz lamb chops 1 Tbsp ground sumac 3/4 tsp sea salt 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses (or pomegranate syrup)
Ground sumac and pomegranate molasses are readily available in Mediterranean food markets and other natural food stores.
Preheat grill or broiler.
In a small bowl, mix sumac, salt and pepper.
Dust lamb chop on each side with sumac mixture.
Grill or broil lamb chops until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Serve 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses with 3 ounces grilled lamb chop.
