Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 med avocados, peeled, diced and pit removed

  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 cup diced red onions

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp diced, deseeded jalapeño peppers

  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

  • 3/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, lightly mash avocado with lime juice. Gently fold remaining ingredients into avocado mixture.
