3 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp minced garlic 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 4 Tbsp chopped basil 1 1/2 lb lamb chops
In a small bowl, combine mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and basil. Mix well.
Coat lamb chops with mixture and allow to marinate for 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Grill or broil lamb chops until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
