1 each avocado
1/2 cup oat milk
1/4 cup date syrup
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 oz dark chocolate
5 oz strawberry red wine compote
2 each organic strawberries, quartered
In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate.
While chocolate is melting, add avocado, oat milk, date syrup and cocoa powder to a blender and puree until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in melted chocolate.
Pass through a fine meshed strainer to catch any chocolate chunks.
Split mousse between 7 serving dishes. Top each with strawberry red wine compose and garnish with a 1/4 strawberry.
