4 oz flank steak 4 each pizza crusts 4 oz bleu cheese 4 oz red onions, julienned 12 each roasted garlic cloves 3 oz arugula 4 tsp balsamic reduction
Grill flank steak to the desired temperature. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
In a sauté pan over medium-low heat, cook red onions with a little bit of olive oil until nicely caramelized.
Roll out pizza crusts, and top each with 1 oz bleu cheese, 3/4 oz flank steak, 3 cloves of roasted garlic, and 1 oz caramelized onions.
Cook pizzas until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Top each pizza with 1 oz arugula and 1 tsp of balsamic reduction.
