Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fruit-flavored nonfat yogurt

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 sm banana

  • 1/3 cup skim milk

  • Pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container and whirl until smooth. Serve garnished with a dusting of cinnamon, if desired.
