Can I use my HSA account to pay for my visit?

Many of our services and treatments qualify for HSA reimbursement. Unfortunately because we are a resort, we are not able to directly charge your HSA card, but we can provide an itemized bill at your request.

Do you have early check-in or late check-out?

You may arrive at 8 am; your room may not be ready until 3 pm. Pack exercise wear in a carry-on for a quick start. Meet with a Wellness Guide. Lunch is included with early arrival. Check-out of your room is at noon, however you can stay on the property until 5pm with lunch being the last meal.

I need to work while I'm visiting, is there a business center available?

We recommend your stay at Canyon Ranch be a time for you to relax and make room for self-care, so we do not have a designated business center. However, if you must work while at our resorts, wi-fi is available everywhere on property. Please be mindful of our cell phone policy, which restricts cell phone use to your room, your patio, or designated cell phone areas.

Is the robe I'm provided in the spa mine to keep?

When you arrive at Canyon Ranch you will receive welcome gifts including a T-Shirt, water bottle, and tote. The robes provided in your room and in the spa are yours to use while you are a guest, but please leave them in your room when you checkout. Robes are available to purchase in the giftshop, or can be ordered on our retail website.

Is wine or alcohol included in my stay package?

Alcohol may be served at special, pre-arranged events for group guests, homeowners, and members. Alcohol is available at the Javalina Cantina in Tucson, the Culinary Rebel in Lenox, and the Hideaway in Woodside on limited days and for limited hours. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into the dining outlets, pool areas, and the spa. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms or order in-room delivery of select wine and spirits.

What if I want more or different services than what are shown in my stay package?

Our Designed Experiences are carefully curated to frame a holistic approach to your wellness goal, but we understand that some of the services and treatments might not appeal to every guest. A Wellness Guide will work with you to adjust your experience to meet your individual needs.

Do you provide transfers for airports and train stations?

Tucson:

We provide complimentary van transportation to and from Tucson International Airport. Email or call (844) 772-8435 with flight details 48 hours in advance. For Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, contact us for options.

Lenox:

We provide van transfers for Albany International Airport, Bradley International Airport, or the Albany train station. Please call (800) 326-7100 or email at least 72 hours in advance with your details.

Woodside:

If you’re flying into Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport or San Francisco International Airport, please call (855) 277-8877 or email 48 hours in advance for transportation recommendations.

What do I wear? Is there a dress code for dinner?

Canyon Ranch is about comfort and relaxation. Although you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel your best, while at our resorts most guests wear light athletic/sportswear and outdoor attire, including in the dining facilities, at dinner, and at Chef's Table events. Bathing suits and Bathrobes are not allowed in the Canyon Ranch Grill at dinner.

What amenities are included in the spa?

The spa is the beating heart of Canyon Ranch resorts. It is where you will attend fitness classes, receive services, or just luxuriate in our relaxing facilities. Each fully attended, gender-specific locker room includes luxurious showers, steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, cryo-plunge pools, and relaxation areas.

Should I tip my service provider?

No tipping, please. We don't want you to worry about anything while you are our guest, or feel like you need to carry around your wallet, so we are a no-tipping resort.
