Lawrence "Laurie" Carroll

Bio

Lawrence "Laurie" Carroll teaches yoga internationally and spent six years as a Canyon Ranch yoga instructor and personal trainer. He is an author on education practices in the classroom and has produced a meditation CD recording, *Stillness to Greatness: Nine Short Guided Meditations*. He recently presented at the Oxford Roundtable in England on his work in breathing and education. Laurie's gift to guide you into the possibility of improving your health and well-being is his passion and North star. He will leave you with new skills of self-awareness and empower you to find balance and centeredness in your life.
